  1. This is an excellent list for those working on self-improvement. I need to work on a few of these things myself, so I’m glad I was able to find this list so I can work on myself more in the future.

  2. Great reminders of things we need to do for our own well-being. I am always working on being kind to myself – I can be kind to others all day long, but I tend to beat myself up!

  3. I’ve found that thinking of what I am grateful for every morning (writing down 3) and what I “won” at (also 3) at before going to bed each day has been habits that have really helped in my personal growth (and mood for the day).

  4. This is a great list. I found the most important is love yourself or learn to love yourself. When you love yourself it is so much easier to take action on the other steps. Thanks for sharing.
